These Terms govern your use of warbid.in (the “Service”), operated by [YOUR LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] (“we”, “us”). By listing a product, placing a bid, outbidding, or taking over the board, you agree to these Terms.
warbid.in is a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard. You pay a one-time amount to place or raise a listing; the highest active bid is ranked #1. Rankings are public and change as others outbid you. A “board takeover” grants your listing prominent placement for a limited time window.
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, who acts as the reseller of the digital placement. Dodo Payments handles billing, tax, and receipts. All prices are shown and charged in USD. By paying, you also agree to Dodo Payments’ buyer terms.
Your placement/ranking is a digital service delivered immediately upon successful payment (your listing goes live / your bid is applied). There is no physical product and no shipping.
You must own or be authorised to promote what you list. Prohibited: illegal content, adult/explicit content, hate or harassment, malware, impersonation, and misleading claims. We may remove or refuse any listing at our discretion (see our moderation Rules).
Ranking #1 is temporary and depends on other users’ bids. We do not guarantee traffic, sales, clicks, or that your placement will remain at any position.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
